Ordering a Ring
Simply add the setting to your cart along with your center stone of choice. When you submit payment, someone will follow up with you within 24 hours to confirm the order and a timeline.

Customizing a Design
If you wish to customize a design please contact us with your requirements. Someone will follow up within 24 hours to answer your questions and provide a quote. A custom listing will be created for you to check out.
After you order
Production Process
Stone Cutting: After payment is submitted, we will get started on cutting your stone. This takes about 1-3 weeks, depending on the queue. Once the stone is ready, we send you a video for approval.
CAD Design: With your stone in hand we will design your CAD to fit the exact dimensions of the center stone.
CAD Approval: Once the CAD is ready you will review, and at this stage you can make any changes necessary. Once you approve the CAD we will move forward and finalize production of the ring. After approval, no further changes can be made.
Final Result: Once your ring is finished, it is inspected for quality control. After inspection, we will send you video of your final ring, prior to shipping.
Shipping: Your ring will be prepared for shipment and sent to its final destination. You will receive tracking information to track your package.
The total production time can range between 6-8 weeks, depending on the number of rings we have in queue. We do appreciate your patience during this time and will provide you with updates along the way.
